This inclusive ballet class welcomes beginners, returning dancers, and experienced movers who want to continue developing their technique. Through traditional barre exercises, center floor work, and traveling combinations, students build strength, flexibility, coordination, and confidence. Each dancer is supported to work at a pace that feels right for their body and experience level. Whether you’re new to ballet or rediscovering a passion for dance, this class provides a supportive environment to learn, grow, and enjoy the artistry of movement. * To get the most out of class please bring socks or ballet slippers, but please leave your point shoes at home. All outfits are welcome; if you are looking to work on your technique please wear tights or leggings to ensure visibility of alignment and joints
