Battle Creek Menards marked 25 years by honoring four original employees who have worked at the store since it opened in 2001 — a milestone reflecting dedicated community service.

The store has served local homeowners, contractors and businesses throughout its history.

Midwest gas prices increased last week as the average for regular fuel reached $3.28 on Monday from $2.79 the week before, according to the U.S. Energy Information Administration—this marks a 59-cent rise since last month and shows prices remain about 6.5% lower than the national average.

WMU Sports and Event Management Club will hold its inaugural career fair next Friday, March 20 at Wings Event Center.

The fair includes a tour at 4:30 and a panel at 5:30, followed by a Wings game at 7; high school students attend free + college IDs pay $10.
