- ➤ Calhoun County is accepting applications for the vacant treasurer position following the death of former treasurer Brian Wensauer, who died peacefully on March 7. Interested candidates must submit required materials by April 25 and will address the committee at 1:30 p.m. May 2 — the appointee will serve until Dec. 31 and must run in the 2026 election to complete the term. - ➤ The Battle Creek Enquirer today announced its 2025 All-City Girls Basketball Team selected by city coaches and sports staff from six local programs.
