- ➤ On Saturday evening, a 43-year-old Springfield man was killed after being struck by a Canadian National Railway train near the intersection of North 20th Street and Avenue A, and sheriff's deputies along with accident reconstruction teams began investigating the scene (the victim's name is withheld pending family notification). 102.7 WFAT
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ Kellogg Community College’s student-led Kellogg Activities Board will host Autism Awareness Month events on its North Avenue campus in Battle Creek to improve awareness and acceptance of autism. The events are The Marble Perspective from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on April 16th, Unified Dodgeball Showdown from 4 to 6:30 p.m. on April 21st, and Hands Across KCC at 3:15 p.m. on April 29th+each aims to build inclusion+community unity.
