- ➤ A 44-year-old Battle Creek man was injured in a shooting on Ardmoor Drive in Bedford Township early Wednesday—officers found him in his car with gunshot wounds to his right thigh and head, and he was taken to a local hospital while police investigate the incident and ask neighbors with any information to call BCPD at 269-781-0911 or Silent Observer at 269-964-3888.
