- ➤ Ionia-based furniture maker Enwork provided the custom draft table for the Raiders during the NFL Draft last week. Owner David Powell said the company, which has worked with 13 NFL teams, began the project last fall and built the table locally before shipping it to Las Vegas. FOX 17

- ➤ GQT Movies has opened a new 10-screen theater, Lakeview 10, at Lakeview Square Mall in Battle Creek on May 1. The venue offers $5 matinees, $6 evening tickets, expanded film programming, and improved concessions under new management. Battle Creek Enquirer

- ➤ Southwest Michigan residents affected by the March 6 tornadoes can now apply for SBA low-interest disaster loans for home, business, or property damage repair. Residents can apply in person at the Branch District Library—195 N. Broadway St. in Union City—or online until May 14 to secure relief. Battle Creek Enquirer
