- ➤ Kellogg Community Credit Union has awarded $20K in scholarships to 10 local students to cover college tuition at Michigan colleges and universities—each recipient is a KCCU member pursuing higher education. - ➤ Outdoor enthusiasts are urged to clean their gear when boating, off-roading, or hiking to help stop invasive pests from spreading between lakes and trails. - ➤ Proposed federal changes to SNAP would cost Michigan more than $800 million a year and add $90 million in administrative costs, forcing the state to consider cuts for 1.4 million residents, many with families.
