- ➤ Calhoun County will host Walk the Walk for Breast Cancer on Sept. 27—registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at Lucky Rooster and the walk starts at 10 a.m. with a shuttle service to One Nation Tap & Table where a family-friendly celebration will raise funds for local cancer care. - ➤ Stickley Family Farms will offer a rare 1930s miniature train ride, pumpkins, hayrides and fall activities every weekend through Halloween. Families can ride the restored Mini Michigan Central Railroad—built just before World War II—through the farm’s woods and fields while enjoying a corn maze, haunted house and other seasonal fun.
