- ➤ Michigan's Department of Health and Human Services ordered full SNAP benefits for November after a week of shifting policies. Recipients who normally get their benefits on the 9th will receive them within 48 hours while others will get funds on their usual schedule—officials did not specify where the money will come from. - ➤ At Kellogg Community College, the cross country team ran through a blizzard in Iowa on Nov 8th and made history as the women finished fourth and the men sixth—marking their best eight-year finishes. The volleyball team reached the NJCAA Great Lakes Region tournament and the women’s soccer team, after two straight regional titles, ended their season with a 4-0 loss in the championship final.
