- ➤ Marshall's new M-96 interchange with I-69 will reopen by Tuesday, November 25 with one lane in each direction and a diverging diamond design, while MDOT says crews will finish installing signs and pavement markings into December. 102.7 WFAT
- ➤ Michigan law allows drivers to use snow chains only when deep snow prevents the chains from touching the road—this rule helps protect both tires and pavement. Car owners must install chains carefully as they remain a temporary solution for snowy conditions. Battle Creek Enquirer
