- ➤ Data from Realtor.com showed that in November, Calhoun County home listings had a median price of $224,950—down 2.2% from the previous month—and average homes of 1,616 sqft listed at $140 per sqft; 120 new listings marked a 20% increase from last year. Battle Creek Enquirer
